Individual cobrowsing sessions begin with users seeing a 9-digit security PIN on their screen. A live agent working with the customer requests that PIN to validate and launch a session. Session PINs and links are always one-time use and expire quickly, so sessions can never be reused or resurrected.
In addition to a 9-digit security PIN, Recursive Labs Realtime cobrowsing utilizes an extremely long unique GUID, providing security in depth on the backend.
